If I miss the class, will I be refunded?

No, all classes are nonrefundable. We encourage you to email help@thepurposedparent.com to see how we can reschedule you for our next available class session.

If I attend the class, will I also receive the recording of the course?

No, to ensure client confidentiality and privacy as well as content exclusivity, the courses can only be accessed live.

Will there be handouts?

Yes, there may be a few downloadable and or printable handouts sent to your email prior to the start of the course if applicable to the class being taken.

If class times don’t work for me, can I put in a request for additional times?

Yes, we strongly encourage that. Please feel free to email info@thepurposedparent to put in a class time request. We will always do our best to meet the needs of families.
