Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy on all domestic orders, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. We are currently not processing returns on international orders.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale or discounted items, or gift cards. Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we do not offer refunds or credits for any of our digital programs, classes, or services.

To be eligible for a return for store credit, products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@thepurposedparent.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Once an order is placed we are unable to make any adjustments. This includes canceling the order, adding or removing items, or editing the shipping address.

  • If an item is out of stock please sign up for email notifications and we’ll let you know when the item is back in stock.

  • You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours. If you haven’t please contact our customer service team.

  • We will ship your pre-order as soon as it becomes available. Once each item ships, we will send you an email containing the tracking information. We do our best to ship pre-order items as close to the estimated ship date as possible. In the event that an item is ready to ship later than expected, rest assured that we are working to expedite your order and will try to keep you updated of any changes.

  • Sometimes, the items arrive at our shipping center later than expected. As soon as the item arrives at our warehouse, we promptly pack it up, and ship it to you immediately.
